Biographical Sketch
Steve Nivin, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in Economics St. Mary's University. Dr. Nivin has extensive experience consulting with communities throughout the country on cost-benefits analyses, and has worked routinely with the City of San Antonio to assess community programming effectiveness.
Given his expertise, we sought out consultation with Dr. Nivin on the cost-benefit analysis for the NRLC project Leveraging Transdermal Alcohol Monitoring to Reduce Drinking among DWI Defendants (R01-AA014988).
